Daniela remembers studying Literary Theory and Comparative Literature at some faculty. She remembers some studies in Corporeal Mime. She has not yet been able to explain her studies in a way that makes it all clear. She also has occasional memories of clown and Commedia dell’Arte courses with some quite skilled people. Nowadays she is addicted to taking narrative classes.
Currently, she is growing and learning by boosting Eléctrico 28. Her areas of expertise are: dramaturgy, creation, acting and all-around writing. She shies away from the organisational level of things and tries to get closer to the freer and more uncomplicated facets. She uses wit more than intelligence; impetuosity more than reasoning; contemplation more than corporeality. She loves to look at things and illuminate them with her inner world without touching them too much.
Her aspiration is to reflect on life basically by writing it down. She works to create sentences that are moving because of their simplicity, paragraphs that are moving because of their clarity and theatre that is moving because of its honesty.
Alina has a degree in English and in Spanish Philology from the University of Graz and a master’s degree in Creation of street arts from the University of Lleida. As a child, she used to make choreographies with her friends and neighbours. In summer, she would invite the whole camping community to watch them (and pay for it). At 7, Alina started dancing ballet and later realized that she had no ballerina-feet. Fortunately, she discovered hip hop and modern dance and the other usual suspects.
At university, she got in touch with contemporary dance, theatre and performance, with dramaturgy and clown, with the scenic art scene of Graz and Barcelona and decided to move to Catalonia and explore the in-betweens of places and languages, the real and the fictional, performance and spectatorship. It is there where she feels at home.
Eléctrico 28 started with her final master’s project and with it, the big love of her artlife. Inside of Eléctrico 28, Alina frequently provides ideas for projects, which she also leads on an artistic and organizational level. She loves performing, directing, writing and teaching. She likes to think in philosophical and social terms and is convinced of the healing function of art. Truly, she needs it to feel better in and about the world. She is a Capricorn with a Scorpio ascendant. Long term stuff and depth.
Josep Cosials is a creative maker, passionate about personal development and transformative experiences. Trained in Jacques Lecoq, he has also studied Meisner, clown, dance, and improvisation. With academic studies and professional experience in business and human resources, Josep brings a multidisciplinary perspective to his work. One thing that stands out in his journey is that he has never said “no” to a cup of coffee.
As a founding member of Eléctrico 28, Josep contributes absurd humor, calmness, and creativity to the artistic team. He believes in theatre in movement that connects clearly with people, full of surprises and wit. That’s why he is in love with the street—and, above all, with its passersby.
His passion for connection and transformation goes beyond the stage. In addition to his artistic work, Josep facilitates training workshops on leadership and interpersonal skills. Within Eléctrico 28, he plays a key role in structuring the collective, organizing meetings, and trying to foster a culture of care and clarity.
Josep is one of those who dream of changing the world… without losing the flow.
Clàudia studied architecture knowing that she will not dedicate her life to building buildings, but to follow her inevitable attraction to spaces and to reflect on how we inhabit them. As a teenager, she came into contact with movement and the performing arts at the Dance School in Celrà, where she participated in improvisation sessions, dramaturgy workshops and technical classes. Claudia jumps from one discipline to another and never wants to stop feeding on workshops and collaborations around the body and creation. She graduated in choreography and dance, also knowing that those will be just some more tools for mixing.
From a young age on, she played to create from things as they are, uniting fiction and reality. And she still does it, finding her potential in the connection of elements and not so much in the specialization of one thing.
She joins Electrico 28 and discovers that she is not alone in her obsession and love for everyday life and for public space. She needs movement to think and thought to act; listening and observing until she finds the time to contribute. She brings energy, calmness, body, ideas, passion and a dislocated and subtle humor into the collective. And receives a lot, both professionally and personally.
More than 25 years ago, Jordi discovered, by chance or by accident, that humour can be a tool for life. After this revelation in a clown course, he decided to change his life path and dedicate himself to the art of making people laugh. He studied theatre, dance, pantomime, commedia dell’arte and, of course, clowning.
He soon realised that you don’t just learn by studying, but by doing and trying things out. He therefore became involved in various artistic projects, including the duo Carlo-Mô & Mr Di, with whom he produced several shows and founded the clown school Factoría Dimô.
He discovered the power of street theatre alongside Eléctrico 28 with the troupes Kamchatka and the newly founded duo Street Fools. But life made him realise that humour can also be a very serious thing and since 2016 Jordi has been working with the hospital clowns Pallapupas, where he became the artistic director a few years ago. This has revealed a new cornerstone in Jordi’s artistic vision: making theatre to move, to trigger a transformation of emotions and life experiences. To generate humour in order to create a better world. As he begins to work with Eléctrico 28, everything takes shape and he is able to integrate emotion, humour and transformation into the company’s creations and performances.
Growing up in Serbia and then Austria, there was no other place Ana would rather spend her time than outside on the street anywhere, playing, interacting, discovering, imagining. As an adult, she co-founded Eléctrico 28 with people she loves and admires, so she could convert this state of being into a profession.
What makes Ana fall in love with the world anew almost every day are her innate sense of humor and her passion for discovering life which also as an artist, which she intends sharing with as many random people as possible: audiences and passers-by.
As a creative maker she has been shaped and nourished by a potpourri of ingredients like her formations in clowning and theatre, and collaborations with international artists. Also, her studies in English and Spanish Philology, her Sports career as a Basketball player, her experience in working with children, teaching, and cultural management, in addition to her ability of learning by doing.
Within Eléctrico 28 she contributes with her airiness, positivity, and passion to the creation and realization of projects, in the roles of performer, director, or workshop leader.
Arnau has a degree in Dramatic Arts and a master’s degree in Street Arts Creation (Universitat de Lleida) and Cultural Management (Universitat Oberta de Catalunya). In 2006, he founded his first company (which will not be his last) in order to grow in the world of theatre. This experience allowed him to resolve many tricky situations and meet many people, both on stage and off-stage. It was then when he started to work in direction, production and cultural management, too.
From 2014, without abandoning his artistic facet (founding a second company), he began to focus his interest, training and specialisation on the field of production and cultural management. His knowledge of the sector as an artist, combined with his knowledge of the needs of professionals and the reality of the administrations, make up his holistic profile, with a great capacity for autonomy, adaptability, learning and teamwork.
It is in 2019 when he joins Eléctrico 28 as an executive producer with the mission of ordering the crazy ideas of the whole team helping to make them become reality. He believes in theatre that allows different disciplines to merge and that involves the audience. A theatre that touches, moves and dislocates.
Fiona has a degree in Dramatic Arts from the Institut del Teatre de Barcelona. This has led her to work for many years as a professional actress with different projects and directors such as Teatre Lliure or Teatre Nacional de Catalunya, among others. Thanks to this experience, she has been able to learn from within the world of performing arts.
Curiosity has always been a very important driving force and life often offers changes. This is how she started in the world of production. After 16 years leading the international management of the La Tal Theatre Company, in 2025 she begins a new stage as a manager of Eléctrico 28.
Thanks to all the people who have nurtured Eléctrico 28 with their creativity and energy during all these years. Eléctrico 28 wouldn’t be the same without you. You know who you are. Here we only name a few of you who have collaborated in a very intense way and in alphabetical order.
