Josep Cosials

Josep Cosials is a creative maker, passionate about personal development and transformative experiences. Trained in Jacques Lecoq, he has also studied Meisner, clown, dance, and improvisation. With academic studies and professional experience in business and human resources, Josep brings a multidisciplinary perspective to his work. One thing that stands out in his journey is that he has never said “no” to a cup of coffee.

As a founding member of Eléctrico 28, Josep contributes absurd humor, calmness, and creativity to the artistic team. He believes in theatre in movement that connects clearly with people, full of surprises and wit. That’s why he is in love with the street—and, above all, with its passersby.

His passion for connection and transformation goes beyond the stage. In addition to his artistic work, Josep facilitates training workshops on leadership and interpersonal skills. Within Eléctrico 28, he plays a key role in structuring the collective, organizing meetings, and trying to foster a culture of care and clarity.
